Job Description

  • Correspond with international healthcare insurance companies, patients as well as costumers of our house for all kind of billing questions
  • Submit claims to insurance clearing houses or patients by electronic or paper submission
  • Resolve electronic claim rejections and explanation of benefits denials in a timely manner to ensure that hospital and doctors are paid in timely fashion by insurance companies, government programs or the patients
  • Maintain accurate and complete records concerning billing activity
  • Assist our accounts department with assignment and refunds of payments



  • At least secondary school certificate
  • Completed commercial education
  • Good English and German skills, spoken and written
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficient in computer skills and technology
  • Experience in Medical Insurance Billing/Collections preferred
  • Basic accountancy knowledge preferable
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be comfortable with high volume work load
  • Be organized, self-directed and detail oriented
  • Be a good team player, have a high sense of responsibility
